摘　　要：目的:探讨危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)管理模式在手术病理标本安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2020年9月30例手术病理标本作为对照组,采用常规病理标本管理;另选取2020年10月—2021年3月30例手术病理标本作为观察组,采用HACCP管理模式。比较两组手术病理标本不良事件发生率、质量管理评分及手术室与病理科医护人员对手术病理标本管理的满意度。结果:观察组手术病理标本不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术病理标本质量管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术室护理人员及病理科医护人员对观察组的手术病理标本管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于HACCP管理模式,能有效避免手术病理标本不良事件的发生,提高手术病理标本管理质量及医护人员满意度。Objective:To explore the application of the hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)management model in the safety management of surgical pathological specimens.Methods:All 30 cases of surgical pathology specimens from March to September 2020 in hospital were selected as the control group,and routine pathological specimen management was adopted.In addition,30 surgical pathological specimens from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group,and the HACCP management model was adopted.The incidence of adverse events of surgical pathological specimens,quality management scores,and satisfaction with surgical pathological specimen management of the operating room and the pathology department were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse events of surgical pathological specimens in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical pathological specimen quality management score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Operating room nurses and pathology medical staffs were significantly more satisfied with the management of surgical pathological specimens in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The HACCP management model can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events of surgical pathological specimens,improve the management quality of surgical pathological specimens and the satisfaction of medical staff.
