计算机科学与技术(师范)专业人才培养模式探析--“自主发展的互动型”教育模式

摘　　要：计算机科学与技术(师范)专业旨在为中小学信息技术教育培养优秀师资.随着人工智能和大数据等信息技术在中小学的普及,计算机科学与技术师范生的培养更需要适应基础教育的需求.同时,师范专业认证的开展对计算机科学与技术(师范)专业的建设提出更高的要求.因此,如何构建一种全新的人才培养模式对计算机科学与技术专业提出一种新的挑战.本文以淮北师范大学为例,基于“自主发展的互动性”教学模式,对计算机科学与技术(师范)专业的人才培养模式进行改革,在培养方案制定、课程设置和实践能力培养等方面提出一些解决的策略.The aim of the major of Computer Science and Technology(Teacher education)is to cultivate ex⁃cellent teachers for information technology education in primary and secondary schools.With the populariza⁃tion of artificial intelligence,big data and other information technologies in primary and secondary schools,the training of computer science and technology normal university students needs to adapt to the needs of ba⁃sic education.At the same time,the development of teacher certification has put forward higher require⁃ments for the construction of computer science and technology(teacher)major.Therefore,how to construct a new talent training mode has posed a new challenge to computer science and technology major.Taking Huaibei Normal University as an example,this paper puts forward the teaching mode based on“independent development and interaction”,carries on the reform to the talent training mode of computer science and tech⁃nology(normal school)major,and puts forward the solutions in the aspects of training scheme formulation,curriculum setting and practical ability training.Practice has proved that students not only have a good grasp of professional knowledge,teachers′education skills and other aspects of knowledge,but also greatly im⁃prove their independent learning ability and practical ability through this education mode.
