摘 要:以圆筒件拉深成形为研究对象,研究模具表面织构对冲压成形性能的影响,并与实验结果进行对比。在此基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立圆筒件拉深表面织构的有限元模型,研究织构的形状、尺寸、分布等基本结构参数对圆筒件拉深成形性能的影响,探究织构对板料应变、减薄率等的影响规律。结果表明:模具表面设计织构,对成形性能有一定的影响;相较于未设计织构的模具表面,在凹模圆角处设计三角形织构具有最佳的效果,可以明显地减小圆筒件拉深成形的最大减薄率,进而提高板料的冲压成形性能。For the deep drawing of cylinder parts, the influence of die surface texture on stamping formability was studied, and the experimental results were compared. On this basis, the finite element model of texture on the deep drawing surface of cylinder parts was established by finite element software ABAQUS, the influence of basic structural parameters such as shape, size and distribution of texture on the deep drawing formability of cylinder parts were studied, and the influence laws of texture on sheet strain and thinning rate were explored. The results show that the design texture of the die surface has a certain influence on the formability. Compared with the die surface without texture design, designing triangular texture at the fillet of female die has the best effect, which can significantly reduce the maximum thinning rate of the deep drawing for cylinder parts and improve the stamping formability of sheet.
