维持性血液透析患者运动锻炼“知-信-行”水平的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者运动锻炼“知-信-行”水平的影响因素。方法抽取2021年1月至2021年5月在常州市中医医院进行MHD治疗的165例患者。采用基本资料调查表、运动锻炼“知-信-行”问卷、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、疲乏量表(FS-14)进行相关调查,分析影响MHD患者运动锻炼“知-信-行”水平的因素。结果MHD患者运动锻炼知识、态度、行为以及总分与躯体负担、经济负担、情感负担、自我感觉负担总分、躯体疲乏、脑力疲乏、疲乏总分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、教育水平、自我感受负担、疲乏是影响MHD患者运动锻炼“知-信-行”水平的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论MHD患者运动锻炼“知-信-行”处于较低水平,且临床医护工作者需要重视对老年、低教育水平、自我感受负担重、疲乏程度高的MHD患者的运动健康教育。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of"knowledge-belief-action"level of exercise in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 165 patients who underwent MHD treatment in Changzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2021 to May 2021 were selected.The basic data questionnaire,exercise"knowledge-belief-action"questionnaire,self perception burden scale(SPBS)and fatigue scale(FS-14)were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of"knowledge-belief-action"level of exercise in MHD patients.Results MHD patients'exercise knowledge,attitude,behavior and total score were negatively correlated with physical burden,economic burden,emotional burden,total score of self-feeling burden,physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total score of fatigue(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,self-perceived burden and fatigue were the main factors influencing"knowledge-belief-action"level of exercise in MHD patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The"knowledge-belief-action"of exercise of MHD patients is at a low level,and clinical medical workers should pay attention to the sports health education of MHD patients with old age,low education level,heavy self-perceived burden and high degree of fatigue.
