摘  要:为研究表面电荷输运特性对高频局部放电的影响机制,该文采用表面电位衰减法,搭建高频脉冲下油纸绝缘表面电荷输运平台,分析油纸绝缘的表面电荷积聚消散特性及陷阱分布特性,定量计算油纸绝缘中的陷阱密度,从而得到高频脉冲下表面电荷输运特性对油纸绝缘局部放电的影响机制。结果表明:高频油纸试样初始表面电荷积聚量随频率变化从1856.6V下降至1017.8V,表面电位衰减率从68.5%先上升至80%再下降至65.9%,存在一个峰值点;试样中总陷阱密度随频率增加整体呈下降趋势,从1.82×10^(38) m^(-3)下降至9.99×10^(37) m^(-3),陷阱深度呈先下降后上升趋势;表面电荷输运机制是影响高频油纸绝缘局部放电特性改变的重要原因。研究结果可为深入理解高频下油纸绝缘局部放电特性提供理论依据。Earlier reports claimed that partial discharge(PD)of high frequency(HF)stress is related to the characteristic of charge transportation.However,the detailed mechanism is still not very clear.In order to understand the effect of charge transportation on PD of oil-paper,an experiment system of charge transportation for oil-paper insulation under HF stress was built based on the method of surface potential decay.The accumulation and dissipation characteristics of surface charge,as well as the characteristics of trap distribution were studied.The trap density of oil-paper was quantitatively calculated.Then,the influence mechanism of charge transportation on PD of oil-paper insulation under HF stress was analyzed.The results show that the initial surface charge decreases from 1856.6 V to 1017.8 V with the increase of frequency.The decay rate of surface charge firstly increases from 68.5%to 80%then decreases to 65.9%.The total trap density shows a downward trend from 1.82×10^(38) m^(-3);to 9.99×10^(37) m^(-3).The trap depth decreases at first and then increases.In addition,the mechanism of charge transportation is an important reason for the change in the discharge characteristics of HF oil-paper insulation.
