摘 要:由于钼及钼合金的焊接技术在新型事故容错燃料包壳管材制备中具有广阔的应用前景,因而,近年来备受国内外研究者的重视。钼及钼合金焊接的难点主要来源于两个方面:一是与钼及钼合金粉末冶金制造工艺有关。粉末冶金工艺制备的钼及钼合金的焊接接头存在气孔、裂纹和夹杂等缺陷,严重降低了焊接接头的性能。二是钼及钼合金本身具有的难熔金属特性。难熔金属的可焊性通常较差,由于杂质偏析和热影响区晶粒粗化导致焊合区的脆化。本文对钼及钼合金的常用焊接方法及研究现状进行了重点综述,并展望了其未来的发展趋势和焊接研究方向。The welding technology of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy has been paid much attention by researchers at home and abroad in recent years because of its broad application prospect in the preparation of new accident tolerant fuel cladding pipe.The welding difficulties of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy mainly come from two aspects:one is related to the manufacturing process of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy powder metallurgy.The welding joint of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy prepared by powder metallurgy has defects such as pores,cracks and inclusions,which seriously reduce the performance of the welding joint.The second is the refractory metal characteristics of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy.The weldability of refractory metals is usually poor due to the embrittlement of the weld zone caused by impurity segregation and grain coarsening in the heat-affected zone.In this paper,the common welding methods and research status of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy are reviewed,and the future development trend and welding research direction are prospected.
