摘　　要：目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合心理护理干预在女性首发精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月茂名市第三人民医院收治的女性首发精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱患者82例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各41例。2组患者均予以经颅磁刺激,对照组予以常规护理,观察组给予心理护理干预,均干预8周。比较2组睡眠质量、总体幸福感及焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果干预前,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PSQI、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,GWB评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合心理护理干预能够改善女性首发精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱患者的心理状态及睡眠质量,提升总体幸福感,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application value of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with psychological nursing intervention in female patients with first-episode schizophrenia complicated with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 82 female patients with first-episode schizophrenia and sleep disorder who were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Maoming City from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given transcranial magnetic stimulation,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention for 8 weeks.The sleep quality,overall well-being,anxiety and depression emotions of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),global well-being scale(GWB),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)were the same between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of PSQI,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the GWB score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with psychological nursing intervention can improve the mental state and sleep quality of female patients with first-episode schizophrenia complicated with sleep disorders,and improve overall well-being.It is worthy of clinical application.
