使用一次性冲洗器在放射性直肠炎康复新液灌肠护理观察研究

摘　　要：目的研究一次性冲洗器在放射性直肠炎康复新液灌肠护理中的应用效果及护理措施。方法纳入2019年1月—2020年12月期间九江市第一人民医院收治的80例放射性直肠炎康复新液灌肠患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为采用常规灌肠的对照组(n=40)和采用一次性冲洗器作为康复新液结直肠给药容器的观察组(n=40)。观察2组患者治疗效果、药液残留量、满意度以及生活质量情况。结果观察组、对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为97.5%,95.0%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组药液残留量少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性冲洗器应用于放射性直肠炎康复新液灌肠中的效果较好,能明显减少药物残留量,提高患者满意度和生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the applied effects of disposable flushers in the enema nursing with Kangfuxin solution for radiation proctitis patients.Methods 80 radiation proctitis patients treated from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table,patients were assigned to control group(n=40,conventional enema method)and observation group(n=40,disposable flushers for rectal administration of Kangfuxin solution).Therapeutic effects,residual volume of medical solutions,clinical satisfaction and life quality were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(97.5%)and control group(95.0%)showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the residual volume of medical solutions in the observation group was smaller than control group(P<0.05);patient’s satisfaction in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than control group(77.5%)(P<0.05);QOL(quality of life)scores in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable flushers can obviously reduce the drug residual volume,and improve the treatment satisfaction and life quality.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
