摘 要:鲁棒性是指结构对局部破坏的不敏感性。由于偶然荷载的不确定性,增强结构抗连续性倒塌的鲁棒性往往较直接抵抗偶然荷载更有效、更实用。但目前尚缺少公认的、通用的鲁棒性量化指标,阻碍了结构抗连续性倒塌分析与设计的发展。简要论述了连续性倒塌和不成比例倒塌的区别,以及鲁棒性与抗倒塌承载力、易损性、冗余度和韧性的区别。详细综述了基于结构属性、基于确定性结构性能、基于随机性结构性能的50余种结构鲁棒性定量判定方法,探讨了目前存在的关键问题和未来研究方向,主要集中在不同结构形式和倒塌模式的适用性、结构鲁棒性分级、多柱拆除场景及受损柱剩余强度影响、多灾害耦合分析、多数值方法耦合分析等方面。Robustness is defined as the insensitivity of structures to local damage.Due to the uncertainty of accidental loads,enhancing structural robustness is usually more effective and practical than directly resisting them.However,there are no widely accepted and generalized quantitative indices to measure robustness,which affects the development of structural analysis and design against progressive collapse.This paper briefly clarifies the definition of progressive collapse and disproportionate collapse,as well as the difference between robustness and collapse resistance,vulnerability,redundancy,resilience.A comprehensive review is then presented on about 50 quantitative measures of robustness,which can be classified into attribute-based,deterministic performance-based,probabilistic performancebased indices.The key issues and recommendations are finally proposed,focusing on the applicability of robustness indices to different structural types and collapse modes,grading of robustness,effect of multi-column removal and residual strength of damaged columns,multi-hazard coupling,coupled numerical methods,et al.
