摘 要:为研究武汉江夏大花山户外运动中心大跨度屋盖中等宽KX形矩形钢管相贯节点的受力性能,对1个足尺寸节点试件开展了加载试验。结果表明:节点在设计荷载下处于弹性状态,2.7倍设计荷载下节点发生破坏,破坏形态为弦杆非加厚段翼缘和腹板局部鼓曲。采用ABAQUS建立了节点有限元模型,准确考虑了材料和几何双非线性特性,对节点加载试验过程进行了准确模拟。基于验证可靠的有限元模型,探究了弦杆厚度、腹杆轴力比、弦杆轴压力、支杆轴力及弯剪作用对节点承载力的影响规律,提出了弦杆承受轴压力时的承载力折减系数计算公式,并给出了等宽KX形矩形钢管相贯节点可按K形节点进行设计的建议。In order to study the load-carrying behavior of the full-width KX-shaped RHS joints introduced into the large-span steel roof of Wuhan Jiangxia Dahuashan Outdoor Sports Center,a full-scale loading test is carried out.It is shown that the joint remains in elastic stage under the design load cases,and has some local buckling failure in both flanges and webs in the non-strengthened part of the chord member subjected to 2.7 times of the design load.A finite element(FE)model of the joint that accounts for both the material and geometric nonlinearities is developed by using ABAQUS software and an accurate simulation of the testing process is obtained.Using the validated FE model,the impact of the plate thickness of chord members,the axial force ratio of web truss members,the compression force in chord and branch members,and the combined bending and shear effect in branch members to the joint behavior are separately evaluated.At last,a revised calculation formula for the reduction coefficient of load-carrying capacity is proposed,and the simplification from the KX-shaped RHS joints to the K-shaped joints is also provided.
