摘　　要：高校学生党员发展质量保障工作关系到党和国家的前途命运,关系到高校的事业发展,关系到学生党员的健康成长。本研究结合湛江科技学院党建工作实际,提出构建“五化联动”高校学生党员发展质量保障体系,为高校学生党员培养和教育提供参考。The quality assurance of the development of student Party members in colleges and universities is related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country, the development of colleges and universities, and the healthy growth of student Party members. Combining the actual situation of Party building in Zhanjiang University of Science and Technology, this study proposes the construction of a “five-in-one” quality assurance system for the development of Party members in colleges and universities, so as to provide reference for the training and education of Party members in colleges and universities.
