留学生教学管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的加快以及我国经济地位和国际地位的迅速提升,发展来华留学生教育是我国高等教育国际化必不可少的一个组成部分。通过调查研究,对目前高校的来华留学生教学管理中存在的课程开设不合理、国际化师资力量不足、教学管理信息获取难的问题及其成因进行了详细分析,并提出了因地制宜设置培养计划、加强监督和反馈机制、建设国际化师资力量、打造多元化课堂、建立统一教学管理信息系统的解决办法,帮助留学生尽快适应中国的学习生活,进而培养出优质的留学生,提高国内高校在国际上的知名度。With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid improvement of Chinese economic and international status, the development of education for international students in China has become an important part of the internationalization of higher education. This paper explores the current problems of unreasonable course offerings, insufficient international faculty, and difficulty in obtaining teaching management information in the current teaching management of foreign students in colleges and universities, as well as the reasons for these problems,and proposes setting up a training plan according to local conditions, strengthening supervision and feedback mechanisms, the construction of international faculty, the creation of diversified classrooms, and the establishment of a unified teaching management information system, in order to help international students adapt to the study and life in China as soon as possible, thereby training high-quality international students and increasing the international reputation of domestic universities.
