摘 要:研究了焦性没食子酸在乙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇、乙腈、乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯等6种纯溶剂中的溶解度,根据合适的拟合方程得出的溶解度可以计算得出相关的吉布斯自由能、焓变、熵变热力学性质。焦性没食子酸在6种纯溶剂中的溶解度大小顺序为正戊醇>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>乙酸甲酯>乙腈,焦性没食子酸在正戊醇纯溶剂中溶解度最大,在乙腈中溶解度最小,溶解度随着温度升高而降低。溶解度实验数据用Apelblat方程进行数据拟合,得出的溶解数据计算得出吉布斯自由能、溶解焓和溶解熵,结果表明:焦性没食子酸的溶解过程是非自发的放热过程。In this work,the solubility of pyrogallic acid in six pure solvents of ethanol,n-butanol,n-pentanol,acetonitrile,methyl acetate and ethyl acetate is studied.According to the solubility obtained by the appropriate fitting equation,the related Gibbs free energy,enthalpy change,and entropy change thermodynamic properties can be calculated.The results show that the order of solubility of pyrogallic acid in six pure solvents is n-pentanol>ethyl acetate>n-butanol>methyl acetate>acetonitrile.Pyrogallic acid has the largest solubility in n-pentanol pure solvent,and the smallest solubility in acetonitrile.The solubility decreases with increasing temperature.The Apelblat equation is used to fit the solubility experimental data.According to the obtained dissolution data,the Gibbs free energy,dissolution enthalpy and dissolution entropy can be calculated.The results show that the dissolution process of pyrogallic acid is a non-spontaneous exothermic process.
