基于CiteSpace的共享决策可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我国共享决策的文献分布、研究热点和研究趋势,为研究者提供参考及借鉴。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)数据库中进行文献检索,借助NoteExpress软件进行文献筛选,用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入317篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势,发文最多的机构为广州医科大学管理学院;发文量最多的学者为刘俊荣;“医患沟通”“乳腺癌”是主要研究方向,突现词“质性研究”和“病人决策辅助工具”为研究前沿。结论:我国共享决策领域的研究得到广大学者的日益关注,但研究机构以及学者间合作较少,尚未建立起通用的符合我国国情的决策模型,相关决策辅助工具亟待开发。Objective:To analyze the literature distribution,research hotspots,and research trends of shared decision-making in China and provide researchers′references.Methods:Literature was retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),screened with NoteExpress software,and visually analyzed with CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 317 articles were included,and the published number was on the rise.The institution published most was the School of Management of Guangzhou Medical University;the scholar published most was Liu Junrong."Doctor-patient communication"and"breast cancer"were the main research directions;"qualitative research"and"patient decision aids"were research frontiers in this field.Conclusions:The researchers are paying increasing attention to the shared decision-making.Nevertheless,the research institutions and scholars were lack of cooperation.In line with China′s national conditions,the general decision-making model has not been established,and relevant decision-making aids need to be developed urgently.
