摘  要:韶钢8号高炉4座热风炉存在隔墙塌砖、穿洞,炉箅子烧塌、格子砖掉落现象,热风炉工况差,烧炉煤气量大幅下降,废气温度高,拱顶温度低,送风温度大幅下降。针对风温低采取了不同风温区间制定煤比控制上限,优化送风参数,保障低风温后煤粉燃烧效率,操作炉型维护,造渣制度调整,送风管系异常状况监控及处理等措施,实现了高炉稳定、顺行,在冷却壁漏水、风温低双重不利因素影响下,高炉各项技术经济指标未出现大幅上升。Four hot blast stoves for BF#8 at SGIS have the phenomena of partition wall brick collapsing,hole piercing,grate collapsing and lattice brick falling,the temperature of the air supply has dropped sharply.For the low air temperature,the following measures should be taken:setting the upper limit of the coal ratio in different air temperature ranges,optimizing the air supply parameters,ensuring the pulverized coal combustion efficiency after the low air temperature,maintaining the operating type,and adjusting the slag-making system,the measures of monitoring and treating the abnormal conditions of the air supply pipe system have realized the steady and smooth running of the blast furnace,and the technical and economic indexes of the blast furnace have not increased greatly under the double influence of the leakage of the cooling wall and the low air temperature.
