摘　　要：【目的】为了优化医疗服务流程,改善患者就医体验。【方法】将图论中的拓扑排序的模型和算法应用到医院的计算机信息系统中。【结果】在线性时间复杂度O(|V|+|E|)内,可为门诊患者相关医技检查提供精准预约和流程排序优化的服务信息。在比较精准预约和流程优化实施前后的效果时,选取了一定时间段内200例患者的数据,采用随机数表法进行分配,分为观察组和对照组,每组人数为100例。对照组采用以前的医技检查流程,观察组采用的是就诊精准预约和流程排序优化方法,观察两组患者在医技检查流程中所花费的时间以及患者的满意度。【结论】采用精准预约和流程排序优化方法后,使得医院和患者双方的流程更加合理优化,提高了患者对医技检查次序清楚的程度,有序的就诊流程改善了患者群体就医的满意度,也有助于提高医院的医疗服务水平和管理效率。[Purposes]The health China goal points out that it is necessary to improve the high-quality medical technology level and service efficiency of third-tier public hospitals,optimize the medical treatment process and improve the experience of patient crowds.[Methods]The topological sorting model and algorithm in graph theory are applied to the computer information system in the hospital.Within the linear time complexity ofO(|V|+|E|),it can provide outpatient patients with precise appointment and process ranking optimized service information for examination in various medical technology departments.[Findings]When comparing the effects before and after the implementation of precise appointment and process optimization,the data of 200 patients in this hospital were selected and distributed by random number table method.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group used the previous medical technology examination process,and the observation group used the methods of precise appointment and process sequencing optimization to observe the time spent in the medical technology examination process and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups.[Conclusions]The statistical results show that after the precise appointment and process sequencing optimization method are adopted,the processes of the hospital and patients are more reasonably optimized,and the patients’unclear degree of medical technology examination order is reduced.The orderly treatment process improves the satisfaction of patients crowds medical treatment,and also helps to improve the medical service level and management efficiency of the hospital.
