摘 要:基于理想气体的戴维斯方法,得到实际气体的戴维斯方法,用于简易评估实际气体压缩机气阀运动与校核气阀弹簧力。分析了压缩因子对气阀运动与弹簧力的影响。当压缩因子较小时,特征角θ2较小,气阀易出现延迟关闭现象,针对这种情况,气阀设计应采用较大的弹簧力。当吸气状态压缩因子大于排气状态压缩因子时,特征角θ3变小。Based on the Davis method of ideal gas,the Davis method of real gas is obtained for simple movement evaluation and spring force check of real gas compressor valves.The influences of gas compressibility factors on valve movements and spring forces are analyzed.When the compressibility factor is low,the valve characteristic angleθ2 is small,which will cause late closing of valve easily.In this case,the relatively large spring forces should be adopted in the design of valves.When the compressibility factor of suction gas is higher than that of the discharge gas,the characteristic angleθ3 becomes smaller.
