摘  要:螺杆压缩机转子是螺杆压缩机的核心部件,转子成形刀具是一种专用的刀具,需要针对其廓形进行设计,以保障转子型线的加工精度。在刀具廓形设计过程中,存在求解复杂,数值不稳定等问题。本文提出了一种图形仿真算法,完成了转子成形刀具廓形的设计,进行了实验验证,结果表明:加工的转子精度较高、满足转子的精度要求。The rotor is the core component of screw compressor,and the rotor forming tool is a special tool,which needs to be designed according to its profile to ensure the machining accuracy of rotor profile.In the process of tool profile design,there are some problems such as complex solution and unstable numerical value.In this paper,a graphic simulation algorithm is proposed,and the profile design of rotor forming tool is completed.The experimental results show that the machined rotor has high precision and meets the precision requirements of rotor.
