摘 要:为探究植物油布的自燃危险性,利用TG-DSC热重分析技术讨论其自燃火灾特性及防老剂对其的抑制效果。结果表明:油布混合样品的特征温度分别为171.7℃,380.7℃,466.7℃和555.0℃,根据特征温度将油布氧化过程划分为5个阶段:低温氧化阶段、前期燃烧阶段、混合燃烧阶段、后期燃烧阶段和燃尽阶段;植物油活化能大小顺序为大豆油>山苍子油>桐油>葵花籽油>红花籽油>亚麻籽油>紫苏籽油,介质活化能大小顺序为棉布>棉纱;防老剂4010NA具有最佳的抑制效果,各阶段的活化能增加了29.1~62.1%,总放热量降低了22.59%;9种防老剂抑制效果的强弱顺序为4010NA>MB>4020>DNP>SP>甲>RD>AW>4010。In order to explore the spontaneous combustion hazard of vegetable oil cloth,the TG-DSC thermogravimetric analysis technique was used to discuss its spontaneous combustion characteristics and the suppression effect of antioxidants.The results showed that the characteristic temperatures of the oil and cloth mixed samples were 171.7℃,380.7℃,466.7℃and 555.0℃,respectively.According to the characteristic temperature,the oxidation process of oil cloth was divided into 5 stages:low-temperature oxidation stage,pre-combustion stage,mixed combustion stage,post-combustion stage and burn-out stage.The order of the activation energy of vegetable oil was soybean oil>litsea cubeba oil>tung oil>sunflower seed oil>safflower seed oil>linseed oil>perilla seed oil,and the order of the activation energy of medium was cotton cloth>cotton yarn.The antioxidant 4010NA had the best suppression effect,the activation energy of each stage increased by 29.1~62.1%,and the total heat release reduced by 22.59%.The order of the suppression effect of nine antioxidants was 4010NA>MB>4020>DNP>SP>A>RD>AW>4010.
