摘　　要：目的:评测应用A-T皮瓣修复红唇缺损的临床效果。方法:选择2018年-2020年就诊皖南医学院整形美容外科的红唇部色素痣、瘢痕、肿瘤切除术后患者,应用A-T皮瓣对缺损畸形进行美容一期修复,评价其疗效。结果:16例患者其皮瓣全部成活,切口一期愈合,红唇外形满意,无继发畸形。结论:红唇缺损面积较小的创面,可应用A-T皮瓣进行美容修复,简单易行,创伤小,术后恢复效果佳。Objective To evaluate the result of using A-T flap to repair the red lip defect.Methods The patients were selected from the department of plastic and cosmetic surgery of Yijishan Hospital Affliated to Wannan Medical College from year 2018 to 2020.A-T flaps have been used to repair red lip defects because of excision of nevus,scars and cutaneous tumors.And the result was evaluated.Results All the flaps survived,and the incisions healed at first intention.The red lips,shapes were satisfactory,and there was no secondary deformity.Conclusion A-T flap can be used for cosmetic repair of the small red lip defect and it is easily performed,having a good postoperative recovery.
