摘　　要：内分泌药物被广泛用于治疗激素依赖性肿瘤,其中包括乳腺癌、前列腺癌和神经内分泌肿瘤等。其与普通化疗相比,避免了毒性反应,同时减少了不良反应的发生。使用内分泌药物治疗,在延长患者生存期的同时,还提高了患者的依从性和生活质量,这在肿瘤治疗中是不可忽视的。现就目前已上市并批注用于治疗肿瘤内分泌药物的作用机制,以及其适应证和不良反应作一综述以期为内分泌药物的临床应用提供参考。Endocrine drug is widely used to treat hormone-dependent tumors,including breast cancer,prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumors.Compared with conventional chemotherapy,it not only avoids toxic reactions,but also reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.Use of endocrine drug treatment to prolong the survival time of patients can also improve the compliance and quality of life of patients,which can not be ignored in the tumor treatment.This article reviewed the pharmacological mechanism,indications and adverse reaction of endocrine drugs currently on the market and approved for the treatment of tumor,in order to provide reference for clinical application of endoocrine drugs.
