摘　　要：白介素15(interleukin-15,IL-15)是一种多效性细胞因子,对自然杀伤细胞和记忆T细胞有其独特作用,提示具有肿瘤免疫治疗的潜力。随着肿瘤免疫治疗的发展及相关药物的研发应用,IL-15相关的临床研究正在全世界范围内有序开展。该文围绕IL-15的肿瘤免疫治疗,现就临床研究方向的研究现状与进展作一综述。Interleukin-15(IL-15)is a pleiotropic cytokine,which has a unique effect on natural killer cells(NK cells)and memory T cells,suggesting that it has tumor immunotherapy potential.With the rapid development of tumor immunotherapy and related drug research,clinical research related to IL-15 is being carried out in an orderly manner around the world.This article reviewed the current status and progress of clinical research on tumor immunotherapy of IL-15.
