摘  要:科学合理的资格准入是托育机构保育人员专业化的重要保障。文章采用共词分析法,以美国等五个代表性国家为例,梳理托育机构保育人员资格准入的国际经验。结果发现,坚守儿童优先,要求最大限度地促进婴幼儿全面发展;以实践性为价值追求,适度增加准入难度以提高人员质量;制定全国统一的专业伦理规范,重视核心价值观的树立;以知识能力为核心,强调其在资格准入中的引领等是五国共同遵循的价值取向。在核心要求上,专业条件、职业道德、专业知识、专业能力是当前国际社会共同关注的四大维度。国际经验启示我们应建立全国统一的托育机构保育人员资格准入标准,实行资格准入制度;明确托育机构保育人员资格准入标准制定的价值取向,加强思想引领;系统构建托育机构保育人员的专业素养指标体系,强化专业导向。Scientific and reasonable qualifications for caregivers are an important basis to ensure the professionalization of childcare personnel.Using the co-word analysis method to visualize the qualification access standards of caregivers in five countries,the results indicated that there are four value orientations:adhere to the priority of children and maximize the development of young children;attach importance to the practical experience of caregivers;formulate a unified national professional ethics code;take knowledge and ability as the core qualifications.In the framework,professional conditions,professional ethics,professional knowledge,and professional capabilities are the four dimensions that the current international community pays attention to.Each dimension clearly points out the core indicators in this field.International experience enlightens us that we should establish a unified national admission standard for caregiver qualifications;clarify the value orientation of caregivers qualification admission standards;systematically build a professional quality indicator system for caregivers.
