学校管理研究2021年度发展报告——基于《中小学学校管理》论文转载情况的统计与分析  

2021 Annual Development Report on School Management Research:Based on the Statistics and Analysis of Reprinted Papers in Primary and Middle School Management

摘　　要：通过对2021年度人大复印报刊资料《中小学学校管理》转载论文的统计与分析发现,文章来源广泛,《教育发展研究》《中国教育学刊》《教学与管理》等刊物的转载量名列前茅;以论文第一作者的单位统计,高校占比较大,但核心研究单位较少;与2020年相比,基金项目论文比例有所下滑,其中国家级基金项目论文占比降幅最大。学校管理研究的热点集中在学校治理现代化、学校评价改革、学校优质均衡发展、县管校聘、学生欺凌、教育惩戒、家校合作、作业管理等领域。Based on the statistics and analysis of reprinted papers in Primary and Middle School Management of the Information Center for Social Sciences of RUC in 2021,it is found that the papers come from a wide range of sources,the number of papers from Research in Educational Development,Journal of the Chinese Society of Education,Journal of Teaching and Management ranked among the top;according to the statistics of the first author,authors from colleges and universities accounted for a relatively large proportion,but there are few core research units;compared with 2020,the proportion of fund project papers has declined,among which the proportion of national fund project papers has decreased the most.The hotspots of school management research focus on the modernization of school governance,school evaluation reform,high-quality and balanced development of schools,county management and school employment,student bullying,educational punishment,home and school cooperation,and homework management.
