四感刺激联合振动音乐疗法在脑出血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察四感刺激联合振动音乐疗法在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例脑出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组进行振动音乐疗法干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用四感刺激干预。比较两组干预前后格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、并发症发生率、ICU入住时间、住院时间和促醒时间。结果:观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ICU入住时间、住院时间和促醒时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组NIHSS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组GCS评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四感刺激联合振动音乐疗法应用于脑出血患者可降低并发症发生率和NIHSS评分,缩短ICU入住时间、住院时间及促醒时间,提高GCS评分,优于单纯振动音乐疗法干预效果。Objective:To observe effects of four senses stimulation combined with vibration music therapy on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vibration music therapy intervention,while the observation group was treated with four-sense stimulation intervention on the basis of that of the control group.The Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,the complication rate,the ICU stay time,the wake-up time and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU stay time,the hospitalization time and the wake-up time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the GCS scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Foursense stimulation combined with vibration music therapy in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of complications and the NIHSS score,shorten the ICU stay time,the hospitalization time and the wake-up time,and improve the GCS score.Moreover,it is superior to single vibration music therapy intervention.
