充分利用校友资源促进大学生高质量就业的探索——以浙江大学为例

摘　　要：就业工作是高等教育中履行立德树人根本任务的重要环节。重点建设高校尤其需要引导毕业生将个人选择与国家战略、人民期盼和社会需求紧密结合起来。校友资源在助推高质量就业中具有情感联络、示范引领、桥梁纽带等优势,高校与校友之间也具有内在联系、良性互动的共同体特征,表现为德育共同体、发展共同体和情感共同体。浙江大学的实践证明,通过出口导向的协同联动就业模式、战略导向的校友引领格局、关怀激励的就业循环体系,可以充分发挥校友在促进毕业生高质量就业中的资源优势。Employment is an important part to fulfill the mission of fostering virtue through education in higher education.It is more essential for national key universities to guide graduates to combine personal choices with national strategies,people's expectations and social needs to achieve high-quality employment.Alumni resources have the advantages of emotional connection,models and leading forces,and can serve as a bridge and link in promoting high-quality employment.There are also internal links and positive interactions between universities and alumni,which are reflected in communities of moral education,development and emotion.The practice of Zhejiang University has proved that by establishing a result-oriented collaborative employment model,a strategy-oriented alumni leading pattern,and a caring and encouraging employment cycle system,the resource advantages of alumni can be fully played in promoting graduates'high-quality employment.
