明目地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察明目地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取82例干眼症患者,按治疗方案差异分为对照组及研究组各41例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组采用明目地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,4周为1个疗程,2组均治疗8周。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验结果的变化,观察2组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为73.2%,研究组总有效率为90.2%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量均较治疗前上升;治疗后,研究组在同1个疗程下,泪膜破裂时间均长于对照组,泪液分泌量均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出现视网膜模糊、结膜充血、眼睛发痒的不良反应总发生率为22.0%,对照组不良反应总发生率为19.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:明目地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症,可提升疗效,改善泪液分泌,用药安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mingmu Dihuang pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for xerophthalmia. Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with xerophthalmia were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment plans,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the study group was treated with Mingmu Dihuang pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The clinical effects in the two groups were observed;the changes in breakup time of tear film and results of tear secretion test before and after treatment in the two groups were compared;the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 73.2% in the control group and 90.2% in the study group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the breakup time of tear film and the volume of tear secretion in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment;in the same course,the breakup time of tear film in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the volume of tear secretion was more than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions including retinal blur,hyperemia of conjunctiva and itchy eyes was 22.0% in the study group and 19.5% in the control group, there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Mingmu Dihuang pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for patients with xerophthalmia can improve the curative effect and tear secretion,with high medication safety.
