摘　　要：为研究少数民族地区大学生就业期望,本研究对A大学的1738名大学生开展调查研究,从单位性质、起薪、区域、去向和环境等5方面调查其就业期望现状,构建Logistic回归模型,从大学生的个人属性、家庭环境、学习背景和人力资本等维度探究其就业期望的内在影响。科学预测少数民族地区大学生就业趋向,助推少数民族地区高校就业指导供给侧结构改革,实现大学生更充分就业目标,促进少数民族地区脱贫奔小康提供有利参考。To know of college students'employment expectations in Minority concentrated region,an investigation is made on the 1738 college students from a college in order to understand current situation of employment expectations from working unit expectation,starting salaries,and how to go,where to go and so on.This study is to construct Logistic regression model to delve the employment expectations of internal impact among their individual characteristics,family environments,learning background,human capital,and etc.This study will give scientific prediction to college students,employment tendency in Minority concentrated regions,help supply-side reform of college students'career guidance,achieve college students'more fully employment goal,and advance people there getting out of poverty and being well-off.
