构建西湖龙井茶产业新格局发展的对策建议

摘　　要：中国是茶的故乡,杭州是中华茶和茶文化的重要发源地。2005年,8家“国字号”茶业机构授予杭州“中国茶都”称号。西湖龙井茶被誉为“绿茶皇后”,是中国十大名茶之一,是中国名优绿茶中的翘楚。文章阐述西湖龙井茶在杭州城市发展中的地位,对西湖龙井茶产业新格局的发展提出对策和建议,为进一步巩固杭州“中国茶都”的地位提供理论参考。China is the hometown of tea, and Hangzhou is an important birthplace of Chinese tea and tea culture. In2005, 8 national tea industry institutions awarded Hangzhou the title of ’China’s Tea Capital’. Xihu Longjing tea is known as the ’Queen of green tea’, one of China’s top ten famous teas and the leader of China’s famous green tea.This paper expounded the position of Xihu Longjing tea in the urban development of Hangzhou, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the new pattern of Xihu Longjing tea industry, so as to provide a theoretical reference for further consolidating the position of Hangzhou as the China’s Tea Capital.
