摘  要:针对定子磁极回路故障导致电磁轴承转子悬浮失控的问题,提出一种磁通等效容错控制方法,该方法能在2个定子磁极故障时,通过电流磁通影响系数矩阵并得出磁极电流重分配矩阵,重构磁极电流使8个磁极端面磁通故障前后基本不变,达到容错的目的。ANSYS仿真分析表明:2个故障磁极为同极性时,磁通等效方法可以较好地还原磁通,实现容错;2个故障磁极为异极性时,无法在故障磁极处形成磁通回路,磁通等效方法不能还原磁通,无法实现容错。A flux equivalent fault-tolerant control method is proposed for the problem of uncontrolled suspension of rotor with electromagnetic bearing due to stator pole circuit fault.In the case of two stator poles fault,the coefficient matrix is influenced by current flux to obtain the current redistribution matrix of poles,and the reconfiguration for current of poles can make the end flux of eight poles basically unchanged before and after faults,so as to achieve the purpose of fault tolerance.The ANSYS simulation analysis shows that the flux equivalence method can restore the flux and achieve fault tolerance when two faulty poles are homopolar;the flux loop cannot be formed at faulty poles,and the flux equivalence method cannot restore the flux and achieve fault tolerance when two faulty poles are heteropolar.
