摘 要:为了解决目前液压扳手自动化作业存在的成本高、效率低等问题,通过在ADAMS及AMESim软件中完成对液压扳手及其液压驱动系统的联合仿真,得出泵站在驱动扳手作业过程中输出油压波形变化与螺栓扭矩负载变化的对应规律。设计一种基于液压泵站输出油压曲线波形相关性分析的液压扳手自动化判停算法,实验结果表明,该算法能够实现对单把扳手的准确判停,在多把扳手工作的情况下对初始工作条件加以约束,仍能够实现扳手的准确判停。In order to solve the problems of high cost and low efficiency in the automatic operation of the wrench,through the co-simulation of the hydraulic wrench and its hydraulic driving system in ADAMS and AMESim software,this paper gives the corresponding law of the change of the output oil pressure waveform of the pump station and the change of the torque load of the bolt during the operation of the pump station driving the wrench;An automatic stop-checkalgorithm for hydraulic wrench based on the correlation analysis of output oil pressure waveform of hydraulic pump is designed,the experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately judge the stop of single wrench,and in the case of multiple wrenches working,the algorithm can still realize the accurate stop judgment of wrenches under the constraint of initial working conditions.
