摘　　要：目的探讨自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂Constic与释氟流动树脂F03充填修复乳磨牙窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法临床纳入78例患有第二乳磨牙窝沟龋的患儿,共46对下颌第二乳磨牙和34对上颌第二乳磨牙,采用自身双侧对照研究,去腐备洞后随机分为试验组(Constic流动树脂充填)和对照组(传统35%磷酸酸蚀+松风F03充填),每组80颗患牙。比较2组充填时间的差异;并于术后6、12、18个月进行随访,评价填充物完整性、边缘着色情况、是否有继发龋、术后敏感性。结果试验组充填时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。疗效评估显示,术后18个月采用Constic充填较松风F03充填的充填体完整性(95.0%vs.95.0%,P=0.9853)、边缘着色(5.0%vs.5.0%,P=0.9427)、边缘继发龋发生(2.5%vs.3.7%,P=0.6496)、敏感性(0 vs.0)等指标均无明显差异。结论自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂Constic流动树脂在低龄儿童乳磨牙窝沟龋预防性树脂充填与全酸蚀粘接流动树脂充填效果相仿,安全性好,效率更高,值得推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Constic flowable composite and Shofu F03 flowable composite in treatment of milk tooth pit caries.Methods A total of 160 children with second deciduous molar pit caries were enrolled in the study,including 46 pairs of lower mandible second deciduous molars and 34 pairs of upper jaw second deciduous molars,which were randomly divided into experimental group(Constic flowable composite)and control group(Shofu F03 flowable composite)after removing the decayed holes,with 80 teeth in each group.The differences in sealing time between the groups were compared,and the follow-up was performed at 6m,12m,18m after operation to evaluate the sealing integrity,marginal staining,secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity.Results The filling time of pit and fissure caries in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).At 18 months after treatment,there were no significant differences in the sealing integrity,edge staining,secondary caries and sensitivity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Constic flowable composite has an equal efficacy in the treatment of carious lesions of deciduous molars,as compared with Shofu F03 flowable composite,but,the former is more convenient and more safe.
