黄芪丹参汤对脑梗死恢复期患者的有效性及对血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪丹参汤对脑梗死恢复期患者治疗的有效性及对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年10月收治的脑梗死恢复期患者74例,随机分成2组,每组37例。对照组常规西药治疗,研究组黄芪丹参汤治疗。对比2组患者的治疗效果、血清炎性因子、血液流变学指标和神经、运动功能、日常生活能力和生活质量。结果与对照组比较,研究组的临床治疗效果明显更优(P<0.05);2组患者的MMP-9、hs-CRP等血清炎性因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05),与对照组比较,研究组的MMP-9、hs-CRP等血清炎性因子水平明显更低(P<0.05);研究组的全血粘度、红细胞压积和血浆粘度等血液流变学指标明显更优(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的神经、运动功能、日常生活能力和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组比较,研究组的神经、运动功能、日常生活能力和生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论黄芪丹参汤用于脑梗死恢复期患者的治疗,能够降低机体内的MMP-9、hs-CRP水平,同时可以优化血液流变学指标,改善患者各项机体功能和增强机体的日常生活能力,提高其生活质量,治疗效果较理想,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of Huangqidanshen decoction on the serum levels of MMP-9 and hs CRP in patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period.Methods Seventy-four patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period who were treated in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 37 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine,however,those in research group were treated by Huangqi danshen decoction.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factors,blood rheology indexes,the neurological fuction,the motor fuction,the activities of daily living and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the neurological fuction,the motor fuction,the activities of daily living and quality of life between the two grousp(P>0.05).After treatment the scores of neurological fuction,the motor fuction,the activities of daily living and quality of life in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).The therapeutic effects in research group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the hemorheological indxes including blood viscosity,hematocrit as well as plasma viscosity indxes in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqidanshen decoction can reduce the levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP,optimize the hemorheological indicators and improve the the body fuction,the activities of daily living and quality of life in treating patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period,thus,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
