摘　　要：针对我国城市现阶段进行大规模老旧小区改造现状,聚焦居民活动和心理感受,通过问卷、实地调研及空间句法等研究方法,探究住区居民自主选择的心理安全空间,分析其特征及影响因素,以期提出以心理安全空间为指导的老旧小区深层次改造。Responding to the current situation of the large-scale renovation of the old residential quarters in the cities of our country,this paper focuses on studies of the activi-ties and psychological feelings of residents through ques-tionnaires,field research and space syntax,etc.The paper probes into the psychological safety space chosen by the residents of the residential area,analyzes its characteristics and influencing factors,and puts forward the deep-level re-construction strategies of the old residential area guided by the psychological safety space.
