摘 要:文章运用文献资料法、逻辑辩证法剖析太极拳文化内涵、技术哲理、动作要领在教学中的课程思政身体规训,文章首先对课程思政的理论与内涵进行了梳理,分析了体育教学中课程思政的特点与规律,认为在体育教学中融入课程思政理念具有亲身体悟立德树人的独特优势。在此基础上重点论述了太极拳教学的课程思政具身表达,嵌入儒家思想中“正心、修身、齐家、治国”人生哲学理念同太极拳文化内涵、技术哲理、动作要领等展开关联性论述,建立太极拳教学中课程思政的基本理论范式,为丰富体育教学中课程思政育人育体育心框架体系提供参考。This thesis discusses the ideological and political methods and theories of curriculum in Tai Chi teaching through the methods such as literature review and logical analysis.At first,this thesis sorts out the theory and connotation of curriculum thought and politics,and analyzes its characteristics and laws in PE teaching.It is concluded that curriculum thought and politics in physical education has inherent advantages and will become a strategic project for its future reform and development.Borrowed from Confucianism of"Correct mind,cultivate morality,regulate family and govern the country",this thesis not only mainly discusses the curriculum thought and politics of Tai Chi teaching but also the relevance of the key points of Tai Chi practice and the cultural connotation.As a result,it can establish the basic theoretical paradigm of curriculum thought and politics in Tai Chi teaching and promote the development of curriculum thought and politics theory in PE teaching.
