摘 要:体育教育专业实践教学对本专业应用型人才培养具有至关重要的作用,具体的教育教学实践经验对体育教育专业实践能力的生成和发展具本源性意义。研究在分析了体育教育专业多主体协同育人的现状和问题后构建了:体育教育专业实践教学多主体协同育人机制。其中包含协同机制构建的目的、原则;构建目标协同机制,实现顶层设计;构建动力协同机制,多维驱动共赢;构建组织协同机制,机构联动整合;构建培养协同机制,全过程多模块推进;构建沟通协调机制,实现互动协作;构建评估反馈机制,加强督导落实的要素。The practical teaching of physical education plays an important role in the training of applied talents,The specific educational and teaching practice experience is of fundamental significance to the generation and development of physical education specialty practice ability.Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of multi-subject collaborative education in physical education,this paper constructs the mechanism of multi-subject collaborative education in practical teaching of physical education.It includes the purpose and principle of constructing the cooperative mechanism,constructe the goal coordination mechanism and realize the top-level design,build dynamic synergy mechanism and drive win-win multi-dimensional,construct organization coordination mechanism and link and integrate the institutions,construct the cooperative mechanism of cultivation and promote the whole process of multi-module,establish communication and coordination mechanisms to achieve interaction and cooperation,build evaluation feedback mechanism and strengthen the elements of supervision and implementation.
