摘　　要：目的:研究东莞地区常住人口大肠癌筛查实践结果。方法:选取东莞地区2019年1月-2020年12月进行大肠癌筛查的10000名居民为研究对象,均进行粪便隐血试验,初筛阳性的居民前往定点医疗机构行诊断性检查,对筛查结果进行研究。结果:10000名居民中粪便隐血试验阳性3591名,阳性率35.91%。结案管理结果中初筛阴性6409名、初筛阳性3591名、初筛阳性已完成诊断性检查2151名、初筛阳性但未接受诊断性检查1440名。结论:东莞地区常住人口罹患大肠癌风险较高且接受诊断性检查的比率较低,需要进一步强化卫生服务干预以遏制本地区大肠癌发病率的过快增长。Objective:To study the practice results of colorectal cancer screening in the permanent population of Dongguan.Methods:Selected 10,000 residents of Dongguan area who were screened for colorectal cancer from January 2019 to December 2020 as the research subjects.All of them were tested for fecal occult blood.Residents who were initially screened positive went to designated medical institutions for diagnostic examinations.The results are studied.Results:Among 10,000 residents,the fecal occult blood test was positive for 3591,with a positive rate of 35.91%.In the results of the management of the case,6409 had a negative initial screening,3591 had a positive initial screening,2151 had a positive initial screening and completed diagnostic examinations,and 1440 had a positive initial screening but did not receive diagnostic examinations.Conclusion:The permanent population in Dongguan is at a higher risk of colorectal cancer and the rate of receiving diagnostic tests is low.It is necessary to further strengthen health service intervention to curb the rapid increase in the incidence of colorectal cancer in this area.
