摘　　要：在线实时报警系统作为水电厂监控系统的辅助报警系统,可实现实时报警快捷发布功能。传统的在线实时报警系统部署于安全控制大区,采用GSM短信方式实现信息推送到用户终端,由于电力监控系统安全防护新规限制,该方式已不再适用。一种基于电建通(企业微信)平台的在线实时报警系统可有效解决这些问题,通过将安全控制大区的实时数据经横向隔离处理送出,再经部署于安全管理大区的在线实时报警系统接收并调用电建通,最后利用电建通网络将信息推送到用户移动终端。As an auxiliary alarming system of hydropower plant monitoring system,on-line real-time on-call system realizes the quick release function of real-time alarming.The traditional on-call system is deployed in the security control area and the information is sent in GSM text message to user terminals.Due to the restrictions of the new security protection regulations of the power monitoring system,this method is no longer applicable,while an kind of on-call system based on PowerChina Any Communication(enterprise WeChat)platform can effectively solve these problems by sending real-time data of the security control area through horizontal isolation processing,receiving and calling PowerChina Any Communication through the on-call system deployed in the security management area,and finally sending the information to the user's mobile terminal by using the network of PowerChina Any Communication.
