科技文献信息资源“生产—出版—消费”价值链分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]测度科技文献信息资源“生产—出版—消费”价值链,获得不同节点的知识价值贡献率,合理调整科技文献信息资源生产、出版与消费的结构和模式。[方法/过程]提出知识价值综合评价体系,测度科技文献信息资源在生产、出版与消费过程中的知识价值变化情况,并以“网络信息资源评价”为例,借助信息熵的计算结果进行实证分析。[结果/结论]结果表明,在“生产—出版—消费1—消费2—消费3”所构成的链条上知识价值量逐渐减少,其中“生产—出版”知识价值量变动幅度不大,“出版—消费1”知识价值量骤减,“消费1—消费2—消费3”知识价值量缓慢下降,但总体消费环节创造的知识总价值最大。[Purpose/significance]It measures the“production-publishing-consumption”value chain of scientific and technological literature information resources,obtains the contribution rate of knowledge value of different nodes,and reasonably adjusts the structure and mode of production,publication and consumption of scientific and technological literature information resources.[Method/process]This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation system of knowledge value to measure the change of knowledge value in the process of production,publication and consumption of scientific and technological literature information resources,and takes“network information resources evaluation”as an example to make an empirical analysis with the help of the calculation results of information entropy.[Result/conclusion]The empirical analysis results show that:in the chain of“production-publishing-consumption1-consumption2-consumption3”,the amount of knowledge value gradually decreases,among which the amount of“production-publishing”knowledge value changes little,the amount of“publication-consumption1”knowledge value decreases sharply,and the amount of“consumption1-consumption2-consumption3”knowledge value decreases slowly,but the total value of knowledge created by the overall consumption link is the largest.
