摘  要:特高压换流变压器火灾会对防护区内干式消防管道造成干烧,连接件及其密封受损会造成大量漏水,甚至导致灭火系统整体失压。结合某特高压换流变压器真型灭火试验典型温度,对目前标准规定的干烧试验方法进行分析,并提出通过涂覆钢结构防火涂料提升特高压换流变压器消防管道抗干烧性能的措施。根据真型灭火试验升温特点设计试验装置,所得温度曲线可以较好反映实际火灾热环境状态。对涂覆不同厚度钢结构防火涂料的消防管道连接件进行干烧试验,结果表明,实际工程中可以采用钢结构防火涂料对特高压换流变压器消防管道进行耐火防护,并应结合真型灭火试验火灾过程中温度上升较快、温度较高的特点,确定防火涂料选型及涂覆厚度并开展相关验证工作。The fire of UHV converter transformer may cause dry burning of the dry fire fighting pipe in the protection zone,the damage of the connector and its seals can cause a lot of water leakage and even lead to overall pressure loss of the fire extinguishing system. The dry burning test method specified in the current standard is analyzed in combination with the typical temperature of a real fire extinguishing test of UHV converter transformer and the measure to improve the dry burning resistance of fire fighting pipe of UHV converter transformer by applying fire resistive coating for steel structure is proposed. The test device is designed in accordance with the temperature-rising characteristics of the real fire extinguishing test and the obtained curve can reflect the actual thermal environment of the fire well.The dry burning tests to the fire fighting pipe connectors coated with different thickness fire-fighting coatings for steel structure is performed. The results show that in practical engineering the fire fighting coating for steel structure can be used to protect the fire fighting pipe of UHV converter transformer. The type selection and coating thickness are defined and related verification work is developed in combination with such characteristics as fast temperature rise and high temperature during the process of real fire extinguishing test.
