融合临床检验技师资格考试的生物化学教学改革的探索与实践

摘　　要：生物化学是从分子水平阐述生命活动的一门学科,涉及疾病发生、发展的分子机制及卫生检验中的重要标志物,是临床检验技师资格考试的必考科目之一。在"生物化学"教学中,将临床检验资格考试、案例教学、情景教学、思维导图及思政元素融入课堂教学实践,采用线上线下混合教学模式进行检验专业的生物化学教学改革。结果表明,融合了临床检验技师资格考试的生物化学教学能够强化资格考试的相关知识点,激发学生的学习兴趣,增强爱国情怀,培养和提升学生的应试能力和案例分析能力,对学生通过日后的临床检验技师资格考试大有裨益。Biochemistry is a discipline that describes life activities at the molecular level, involving the molecular mechanism of disease occurrence, development and important markers in health examination. It is one of the required subjects in Clinical Medical Laboratory Technician Qualification Examination. In the teaching of "Biochemistry", Clinical Laboratory Qualification Examination, case teaching, scene teaching,mind mapping and ideological elements were brought into classroom teaching practice combined with the online mix test teaching pattern. The results showed that Biochemistry teaching combining with Clinical Medical Laboratory Technician Qualification Examination can strengthen the relevant knowledge. It was of great benefit to stimulate students’ interest in learning, enhance their patriotism, cultivate and enhance students’ ability of taking exams and case analysis, so as to help students pass the Clinical Medical Laboratory Technician Qualification Examination in the future.
