疫情防控常态化背景下企业微信在高校二级学院管理中的应用

摘　　要：疫情防控常态化对高校管理信息化、网络化、移动化建设提出了更高的要求。高校二级学院受到资源、经费等方面的束缚,难以开发专用管理信息平台,选用企业微信构建二级学院部门组织架构,通过近一年的运行实践提升了学院管理数字化、教学办公移动化水平,发挥了信息化建设在高校管理中的重要作用。With the normal development of the prevention and control of Covid-19,higher requirements are put forward for the construction of information,network and mobile management in colleges and universities.Secondary colleges in colleges and universities are constrained by resources and funds,and it is difficult to develop a dedicated management information platform.In practice,they choose the enterprise WeChat published by Tencent,through nearly one year’s operation,the college management digital,mobile teaching and office level,played an important role in the management of information construction in colleges and universities.
