摘 要:随着制导弹药向智能化、自主化方向发展,MEMS IMU在高加速度条件下的误差建模和补偿成了制约其应用的突出问题。MEMS加速度计作为MEMS IMU的核心部件,是提升制导弹药自主导航精度的关键。针对MEMS IMU三轴加速度计高加速度条件下的误差建模问题,提出了一种基于离心机试验的误差建模方法。介绍了MEMS IMU加速度计离心机试验引入的误差源,给出了失准角、等效半径、科氏加速度等误差的影响分析和补偿方法,并在此基础上设计了三轴加速度计离心机试验方案的整体编排。针对建立的加速度计误差模型,通过模型显著性分析和模型参数显著性分析,去除不显著项,实现了模型优化。基于试验数据,对优化后的模型进行了验证,补偿后的三轴加速度计的误差降幅均在60%以上,表明建立的模型是有效的。With the development of guided ammunition towards intelligence and autonomy,the error modeling and compensation of MEMS IMU under high acceleration has become a prominent problem restricting its application.As the core component of MEMS IMU,MEMS accelerometer is the key to improve the autonomous navigation accuracy of guided ammunition.For the error modeling problem of MEMS IMU triaxial accelerometers under high acceleration,an error modeling method based on centrifuge experiment is proposed.Error sources which are brought into during centrifuge experiment are introduced,and influence analysis and compensation methods of misalignment angle,equivalent radius,Coriolis’acceleration are given.On this basis,the overall arrangement of triaxial accelerometer centrifuge experiment scheme is designed.For the established accelerometer error model,the insignificant items are removed through the significance analysis of model and model parameters,and the model optimization is realized.Based on the experimental data,the optimized model is verified.The error reduction of the compensated triaxial accelerometer is more than 60%,which shows that the established model is effective.
