摘　　要：《孙子兵法》开篇就提出了为将“五德”的思想,即“智、信、仁、勇、严”。“五德”思想长期影响着其后中国历代的军事理论研究和战争实践。曹操作为汉末重要的军事人物,如何“为将”是贯穿其整个军事生涯的主线,而曹操也在其丰富的军事斗争中对“五德”思想进行了有价值的实践、研究和发展。The Art of War puts forward the idea of“five virtues”as generals at the beginning,namely:“wisdom,sincerity,benevolence,courage,and strictness”.The thought of“five virtues”has long influenced subsequent Chinese military theory research and war practice in successive dynasties.Cao Cao was an important military figure in the late Han Dynasty.How to“act as a general”was the main thread throughout his military career.Cao Cao also carried out valuable practice,research and development of the“five virtues”thought in his rich military struggle.
