摘 要:针对行动不便的老年人和下肢有疾的用户的需求,设计了一种基于平行四边形(平行四连杆)联动机构的轮式三节三姿态平台。基于SolidWorks软件建立轮式平台的三维模型;进行力学分析,建立四连杆机构初始角与所需推杆力的关系式,进而优化设计;轮式平台在多姿态变化过程中,应用SolidWorks Motion软件对轮式平台进行运动仿真分析,选用合适的原动机,保证运动平稳,验证机构的可行性。应用有限元分析软件SolidWorks Simulation对轮式平台的关键零部件进行静力学分析,得出结构的应力情况及变形量,以验证多姿态轮式平台是否满足刚度和强度条件。研制一种结构简单巧妙、使用安全、操作方便的基于平行四边形机构的轮式三节三姿态平台,能够提高需要特殊护理人群的生活自理能力,减少对他人的依赖。For the need of elderly people with mobility difficulties and users with lower limbs, in this article, a wheeled three-section three-attitude platform based on the parallelogram linkage mechanism is designed. The 3 D model of the wheeled platform is built with the help of the SolidWorks software. The relationship between the initial angle of the four-bar linkage and the required thrust force is worked out by means of the mechanical analysis, and then the design is optimized. In the process of multi-attitude changes of the wheeled platform, the SolidWorks Motion software is applied to carry out motion simulation analysis on the wheeled platform, and appropriate prime mover is selected to ensure smooth movement and verify the feasibility of the mechanism. The finite-element analytical software SolidWorks Simulation is used to conduct the static analysis on the key parts of the wheeled platform, and stress and deformation of the structure are identified, so as to verify whether the multi-attitude wheeled platform meet the requirement of stiffness and strength. The wheeled three-section three-attitude platform based on the parallelogram mechanism is desirable with simple and ingenious structure, safe use and easy operation, which improves the self-care ability of people in need of special care and reduces their dependence on others.
