摘 要:我国高校外语专业教育存在的一些问题,与外语习得规划不足有一定关联:在宏观设计层面,外语习得规划缺乏相应的外语地位规划作为前置条件;在中观布局层面,尚需进一步完善外语使用者的类型布局,并拓宽人才来源;在微观教学层面,相对忽视了外语素养中百科知识和语言意识的教育,并面临语言知识基础不断弱化的倾向和风险。本文主要以复语复合型人才培养和非通用语种建设为例,从语言习得规划的角度对上述问题展开分析,并提出改进建议:建立外语地位规划的本土理论体系和实证研究基础,为外语习得规划提供前置条件;更精细地规划通用外语和专门用途外语使用者的布局,且在校与在职使用者并重;更加重视外语教学的知识基础及能力转化,并重新认识、系统研究多外语学习所建构的多语素养。This paper problematises foreign language acquisition planning in undergraduate programmes for language majors at the tertiary level in China. The problem is three-fold: Corpus planning of foreign languages is insufficient to inform their acquisition planning;types of foreign language users,i. e.,users of a foreign language for general purpose or specific purposes as they use it in corresponding domains of language use, have not been clearly described;foreign language literacies, world knowledge and language awareness in particular, are not well emphasised in teaching practice, and a deduction in language knowledge is increasingly conspicuous. This paper further analyses dual-foreign-language programmes and programmes for less commonly taught languages as examples to discern implications for foreign language acquisition planning: The theoretical and empirical foundations for foreign language corpus planning need to be strengthened to better inform acquisition planning practices;types of foreign language users, including pre-service and in-service users, should be more properly planned;importance of language knowledge and skills as core components of language literacies need to be re-examined, and multilingual literacies should be further researched in China’s foreign language context.
