摘 要:为了保证智能电网的安全运维,设计了基于智能电网的安全监测云平台。利用监控数据收发器的工作原理,将智能电网数据分类。通过监控收发器的通信原理,实现数据的采集和提取,完成监控数据收发器的设计。将数据收发器采集到的智能电网数据,通过电能计量芯片提取出智能电网的传感电流。利用芯片外端接口完成电能计量芯片的设计。通过监控数据收发器和电能计量芯片设计电网安全运维管理系统硬件。利用传输控制协议(TCP)连接模式下的Client及Server通信程序设计智能电网监控程序,调节智能电网的电压偏移。根据监控调度算法原理,设计监控调度算法流程,完成系统的软件设计。通过系统硬件设计和软件设计,实现了智能电网安全运维管理系统设计。测试结果表明,基于智能电网的安全监测云平台可以缩小电压偏移量,得到恒定的电压,保证了自动化智能电网的安全,适合大力推广和使用。In order to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of smart grid,a securing monitoring cloued platform based on smart grid is designed.The working principle of monitoring data transceiver is used to classify the smart grid data.The design of monitoring data transceiver is completed by the communication principle of monitoring transceiver to realize data collection and extraction.Extract the smart grid data collected by the data transceiver,extract the sensing current of the smart grid through the power metering chip,complete the design of the power metering chip by using the external interface of the chip,and design the hardware of the power grid security operation and maintenance management system through the monitoring data transceiver and the power metering chip.Use the Client and Server communication program in transmission control protocol(TCP)connection mode to design the smart grid monitoring program and adjust the voltage offset of the smart grid.According to the principle of monitoring and scheduling algorithm,design the monitoring and scheduling algorithm process and complete the software design of the system.Through the system hardware design and software design,the design of smart grid security operation and maintenance management system is realized.The test results show that the designed cloud platform based on smart grid security monitoring can reduce the voltage offset and get a constant voltage,which ensures the security of the automated smart grid and is suitable for vigorous promotion and use.
