摘　　要：采用文献研究法、专家访谈法得到中小型高新技术企业技术创新能力初始问卷,对初始问卷进行测项纯化,得到正式问卷。运用因子分析法对正式问卷搜集的数据进行探索性分析,得到中小型高新技术企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,为中小型高新技术企业进行技术创新能力评价提供指导与借鉴。The initial questionnaire of technological innovation capability of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises was obtained by literature research and expert interview,and the formal questionnaire was obtained by purifying the test items of the initial questionnaire.Using the factor analysis method,exploratory analysis of the data collected from the formal questionnaire was done.The evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises was obtained to provide guidance and reference for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises technological innovation ability evaluation.
