利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：探讨利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果。选取83例疱疹性口腔炎患者,随机分为利巴韦林组和甘草锌组。利巴韦林组采用利巴韦林气雾剂治疗,甘草锌组在利巴韦林组的基础上增加甘草锌治疗,对比两组的症状消退情况,监测两组的炎症因子及不良反应。甘草锌组体温复常时间(2.36±1.23)d、疼痛消退时间(3.26±0.97)d、溃疡完全愈合时间(5.21±2.03)d,显著低于利巴韦林组(3.84±0.98 d、4.98±0.85 d、7.05±1.56 d),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌可有效降低患者的临床症状,控制炎症反应,改善预后。The study explores clinical effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with licorzinc treatment on herpes stomatitis.83 patients with herpes stomatitis,and they are randomly divided into ribavirin group and licorzinc group.Rivavirin group receive ribavirin.Licorzinc group receive licorzinc based on ribavirin group.Symptom recession situation of two groups is compared.The skin reaction factors and adverse reactions of two groups are monitored.Body temperature recovery time,pain disappearance time and complete anabrosis healing time of licorzinc group are(2.36±1.23)d,(3.26±0.97)d and(5.21±2.03)d,which are significantly lower than(3.84±0.98 d,4.98±0.85 d and 7.05±1.56 d)in ribavirin group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Ribavirin aerosol combined with licorzinc can effectively reduce the patient’s clinical symptom,control inflammatory reaction,and improve prognosis.
