发挥标准化作用,促进粮食机械走向国际

摘　　要：农业机械是农业现代化的重要支撑,“一带一路”倡议给中国农业机械行业带来了机遇和挑战。作为农业机械的基础组成,粮食机械在保障基本民生和粮食安全方面起到了至关重要的作用,我国粮食机械技术含量高、价格优势强,在对外合作与国际市场上具有较强的竞争优势。在国际贸易中国家标准有利于促进世界互联互通,随着粮食机械对外贸易量的迅速增加,迫切需要粮食机械国家标准的英文版。介绍了粮油机械国家标准英文版编制工作中的一些准则、结构框架与要素表述,并对专业术语与词汇的准确选用进行了分析。As an important support of modern agriculture,the agricultural machinery is facing both opportunities and challenges brought by the Belt&Road Initiatives.Being an essential part of the agricultural machinery,the grain and oil machinery is the assurance of people’s livelihood and food safety.With advanced technologies and price advantage,the grain and oil machinery of China has competitive advantage over others in international cooperation and world market.Since the National Standards can help in advancing the interconnectivity of the world,the English tranlation of the National Standards of Grain and Oil Machinery is urgently needed along with the rapid increase in foreign trade.This paper introduces the general principles,structures and crucial elements in the formulation of English National Standards,and analyzes the accurate selection of professional expressions,which aims at promoting the understanding of the standards for international readers.
